Do not miss this great opportunity to learn AYURVEDA, the most holistic and traditional health science of India, and considered the oldest branch of medicine in the world, with some of the most important Ayurveda Authorities. (4 months program, from March 2008 – June 2008).
Course format: Two intensive weekends per month, and an optional week long intensive in theory and practice of Panchakarma therapy (A cleansing and rejuvenating program known for its beneficial effects on overall health, wellness and self-healing).
Teachers: Dr José Ruguê (Swami Narayanananda Saraswati), President of the World Movement for Ayurveda. Graduated in Medicine (1981), Post graduated in Clinic and Intensive Care, and in Ayurveda, Panchakarma, marma therapy, and other branches of Ayurveda. Dr. Ruguê is the Acharya of Suddha Dharma Mandalam International, Chairman of Kalaysa Ayurvedic Clinic in Brazil, Argentina, Italy and Portugal, and responsible for Ayurvedic and Yogic training in many countries.
Dr. Avinash Lele is a surgeon, Panchakarma and Marma Therapy specialist who run the 'Atrya Rugnalaya' clinic in Pune. He is the ex-principal of the Ayurved College at Hadapsar, visiting professor at Ayurved Institute of America, Ayu Academy, Seattle, the New England Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine in Boston and California College of Ayurved in Nevada City, U.S.A. Dr. lele is the author of several articles and books including the 'Panchakarma and Ayurvedic Massage' and ‘Secrets of Marma’,
Domingos Oliveira, Cell and Molecular Biologist, and Ayurveda and Yoga Therapist,
Marcelo de Abreu Ayurveda Therapist.
